Reminders on day 2, 5 and 10. They stop as soon as the quote is accepted or declined.

In NSW, residential building work over $5,000 needs a written contract. We flag jobs over that line so you can attach your contract.
It all lives in Xero
Every quote is a Xero quote in your own account. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.
How fast will my quote go out?
As soon as you’ve priced the job and sent us the details. Small jobs often go out the same day. Bigger jobs take as long as you need to work out the numbers, and once you have, we turn them into a quote quickly.
Will clients see the Tradie Quo name?
No. Quotes go out under your business name and logo, from your own email and texting number.
What if the job needs a price I haven’t set?
We flag it and ask you. We never invent prices or quantities.
Can I change a quote before it’s sent?
Yes. Reply with the change and we update it. Nothing is sent until you say OK.
