You never have to log in to any of this. It’s here so you know what’s running your back office.
Your Xero is the source of truth
Quotes, invoices, contacts and payments all live in your own Xero account. We read and write to it. We don’t keep a separate set of books.
Nothing sends unchecked
Every draft goes into a review queue. A person approves it before it goes anywhere.
Checked before every reminder
Before each chase message we re-check Xero, so a client who has just paid doesn’t get chased.
A texting number for your business
Clients can reply to it. Replies come to our team, and anything that needs you is passed on the same day.
Email from your domain
Messages come from your own business email address, set up properly so they land in inboxes, not spam.
Money never passes through us
Clients pay you directly through your Xero payment options. Tradie Quo never holds client money.

Who writes the messages to my clients?
Every message is drafted from your price list, templates and job history, then a person on our team reads it, fixes it if needed and approves it. Quotes and invoices also wait for your OK.
What do you need access to?
Your Xero, your price list, and a texting number and email address in your business name, which we set up with you.
Can I keep using my job management app?
Yes. Tradie Quo works from your Xero, so if your job app already syncs to Xero you can keep using it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your quotes, invoices and contacts are already in your own Xero. They stay there. Your website and Google profile stay yours too.
